A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“Some guests complained about the location and the hectic surrounding of the hotel, but we loved it and had a great stay. What we loved: centralized location, beautiful room with balcony overlooking the busy pedestrian way (awesome views), private access to Juliette’s balcony after hours (no crowds), great service & prompt communication via WhatsApp from hotel reception, convenient parking space for luggage unloading nearby, room filled with complimentary snacks and drinks! We will definitely be back when we return to Verona. Thank you for the lovely stay!”
“This was a lovely place to stay to site see around Verona. I'm from a hospitality background and can be very picky. It's so well located to everything. Yes you have the crowds looking at the Juliette balcony in the day time, but it didn't impact the experience. The rooms are very clean, and we had a great view of the town from our balcony. The mini bar was complimentary, with bottles of beer and prosecco. What made this an outstanding place to stay was the jacuzzi hot tub on the rooftop, you pay a small fee to use - well worth it, it was a great way to end the evening. We'll be back!”
